Just as rice hardens when it dries or when it's overheated, rice flour bagels also have the characteristic of changing texture easily depending on the time and temperature. To enjoy their fluffy, chewy deliciousness, we recommend eating them using the method recommended by "Komeko's Palette."

-How to eat it deliciously-

1. Thaw naturally at room temperature (20°C) for 1 to 3 hours.
2. Heat in the microwave (600W) for about 20 seconds.
3. Heat in a toaster (1,000W) for about 1 to 2 minutes.
