What is the shelf life?

We usually ship products with a shelf life of at least 30 days. Please store frozen (below -18°C).

Do you use any additives?

Our products do not contain any additives, and we value the power of the ingredients themselves, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind.

Do you use white sugar?

We do not use any refined sugar.

Instead, we use natural sweetness derived from sugarcane, and value deliciousness that is gentle on the body.

Is the rice flour domestically produced?

Yes, of course we use domestically grown rice!

We are committed to safety and security and only use reliable domestically produced rice.

About Shipping

When will the product be shipped?

We usually ship your order within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the time it takes to complete your order.

*Please note that it may take longer than usual during the New Year holidays and long vacation periods.

About regular flights

What is a regular flight?

Subscriptions are a service available exclusively to members. Products will be delivered to you on a regular basis at a discounted price, tailored to your needs.

*Product deliveries will continue unless you cancel your subscription yourself.
*When sales of a product end, delivery will also end.

Can I skip a subscription?

You can change your shipping date from your My Page. Please complete the procedure at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

*Please note that in order to use My Page, you will need to create an account separately from your purchase.

I would like to suspend, resume, or cancel my subscription.

You can suspend, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time on your My Page, depending on your convenience.

Log in to My Page > Manage regular orders > Check or change details > Select "Pause regular course" at the bottom. *You can resume your course at any time. Please rest assured that no charges will be incurred during the suspension period.

Log in to My Page > Manage recurring orders > Check or change details > Select "Resume" at the bottom. If you wish to suspend your order, please make the change at least 10 days before your next scheduled payment date.

[Cancel]
Log in to My Page > Manage regular orders > Check or change details > Select "Cancel regular course" at the bottom. *If you cancel, you will not be able to resume. If you wish to resume, please apply again.
*Please note that all previous purchases will be reset.

When will the payment be made?

[First order]
Once your order is complete, payment will be processed immediately.

[Second time onwards]
Based on the date of your initial order, your order and payment will be processed at the same time according to the delivery cycle you specify.

I did not receive the item that was sent to me. Can you resend it?

If you are unable to collect your order, your delivery will be automatically cancelled once it is returned to our distribution centre.
We are very sorry, but we are unable to resend the item in question. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a defect in the product, can I return or exchange it?

If there is a defect in the product you received, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return/exchange procedure.

Can I return the product for my own convenience?

We cannot accept returns for any reason other than the customer's convenience.

If the product is defective, please take the time to prepare images that show the defect (an enlarged image of the entire product and the defect) and send them to us using the inquiry form.

I accidentally purchased the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
